Our range of earthmoving hardware is manufactured in Italy by the Vescovini Group using high quality alloy steel. Vescovini is one of the few manufacturers that forge their bolts and matching nuts within the one facility, thus maintaining control over the complete process and resultant product performance guarantee.
Our Earthmoving Range includes:
Plow Bolts & matching Nuts for Ground Engaging Tools / Cutting Edges:
- Imperial diameters from 5/8”through to 1 3/8” UNC.
- Minimum bolt mechanical properties of 170,000 psi.
- Nut strength exceeds the strength of the bolt.
Track Bolts, Split Link Bolts, Segment Bolts and matching Nuts for Undercarriage:
- Imperial diameters from 7/16”through to 1 1/2” UNF.
- Minimum mechanical properties of 170,000 psi.
- Nut strength exceeds the strength of the bolt.
- Metric diameters from M10 through to M42 fine pitch.
- PC11.9, PC12.9 & PC13.9 property classes.
- Nut strength exceeds the strength of the bolt.
Increased head height V9 Hex Bolts:
- Imperial diameters in UNC & UNF.
- 20% higher hex for increased wrenching surface.
